How many ambassadors are you taking?
Just 50 Founding Ambassadors for the 2026–27 season, plus 10 alternates. Everyone invited already raised their hand — now it's about who's ready to show up and rep the brand.
Is this really an NIL deal?
Yes. As a Founding Ambassador you have a real brand partnership with County Sports and earn commissions on sales you drive. For many of you, this is your first NIL deal.
How do I earn?
You get a personal discount code and a referral link. When your fans shop with your code or link, they save 10% and you earn 15% commission on eligible net sales. You can also build your own gear collection and get featured in the store and on County Sports social.
When do I get paid?
Commissions pay monthly once you clear a $25 minimum. You choose cash or store credit each cycle.
When will I know if I'm selected?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so the sooner you apply the better. Spots are filling now — once all 50 Founding Ambassador spots are claimed, the founding class is closed.
Does it cost anything?
Nothing. Being a Founding Ambassador is free — we set you up with everything you need to start earning.
